3-Year Contract With Ableauctions
FIFE, WASHINGTON - December 3, 2003 - Ableauctions.com Inc. (AMEX:AAC) (the "Company") announced today that, through its wholly owned subsidiary Icollector.com Technologies Inc. ("iCollector"), it is has entered into an agreement with Delaware-based Joseph C. O'Neal & Sons (the "Client") to broadcast their auctions over the Internet exclusively for a period of three years.
Under the terms of the agreement, effective December 1, 2003, Ableauctions will broadcast all of the Client's Internet auctions exclusively for a period of three years either on its own technology or through eBay Live Auctions.
Joseph C. O'Neal & Sons conducts auctions specializing in antiques, machinery, real estate, and personal property. Established in 1971, the company has over 30 years of experience and runs approximately 50 auctions per year. Their first online live auction in conjunction with Icollector and eBay live auctions yielded an impressive online success rate of 35%. Having run two successful online live auctions already, the Client is expecting this technology to have a very positive impact for the future of the auction business. The international exposure provided by the Company for each of the Client's live auctions has enabled the auction house to reach a higher profile among consignors and buyers alike.
