3-Year Contract With Ableauctions

FIFE, WASHINGTON - December 1, 2003 - Ableauctions.com Inc. (AMEX:AAC) (the "Company") announced today that is has entered into an agreement with Colorado based Best of the West Auctions (the "Client"), one of the premier auction houses in the American Midwest, to broadcast their auctions over the Internet exclusively for a period of three years.

Under the terms of the agreement, effective November 1, 2003, Ableauctions will broadcast all of the live auctions for the Client exclusively for a period of three years either on its own technology or through eBay Live Auctions.

Best Of The West Auctions specializes in western and regional art, antique western collectibles, Cowboy and Indian items, and all antiques related to the historic old West. They handle entire estates or single qualifying items. Its parent company, Ross Auction Inc., is Colorado's oldest auction company and specializes in traditional estate items.

Best of the West Auctions draws from numerous years of experience in their field and conducts approximately nine art and antiques auctions per year.
