Ableauctions Expands Operations Into South San Francisco

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA - September 20, 2001- Ableauctions.comTM, Inc. (AMEX:AAC) (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has expanded its operations into South San Francisco on September 1, 2001.

The Company moved the management and operations of its Surplus Office Systems division into the San Francisco Bay Area earlier this year to facilitate further expansion. The management and operations in San Mateo's 20,000 square foot facility have relocated to a 43,000 square foot auction facility in South San Francisco. "The new auction facility provides us with the additional space required to run multiple auctions and enables extended preview time for online bidders", said Brett Johnston, San Francisco Bay Area General Manager. "Productivity and higher yields from the larger operations will fuel the Companies Bay Are expansion strategy." The Bay Area market is 10 times larger than any other market Ableauctions currently operates in. The first auction is expected to be conducted in the new facility on September 27, 2001 and will be broadcasted live on www.ableauctions.com.
