Ableauctions To Couple Technology With Education

FIFE, WASHINGTON - June 30, 2003 - Ableauctions.com Inc. (AMEX:AAC) (the "Company") announced today that an integral part of its technology deployment program will focus on educating and training auction houses on its technology and eBay Live Auctions technology, including a proposal to train the National Auctioneers Association's (NAA) 6,000 members.

Included in the proposal are plans to educate NAA members through an aggressive state-to-state training program designed to promote and simplify the process of broadcasting auctions on the Internet. If accepted, a portion of the proceeds derived from the use of the Company's technology and related services would be used to fund this initiative.

The successful implementation of live auction technology is measured typically by the amount of product sold or influenced by the Internet. Factors such as the amount of exposure or time Internet bidders are given to preview auction lots, the description and detail users are provided with, and their confidence in the technology, can vary the outcome significantly. Ableauctions believes that the endorsement of its live auction technology can increase a company's sales significantly, dwarfing the 2 to 5% fees that it charges for the use of its technology. However, the Company cautions investors in extrapolating the results of some of its clients who have successfully implemented the technology over the course time and sell up to 30% of their product over the Internet, to those who are relatively new to the arena and require time to adapt.

The Company is determined in keep its shareholders well informed, delivering strong results, managing growth and providing the best possible service to its users.
