Ableauctions Enters into Agreement with
National Auctioneers Association to Serve as
Its Exclusive Online Auction Broadcasting Contractor

FIFE, WASHINGTON - March 29, 2004 - Ableauctions.com Inc. (AMEX:AAC) (the "Company") announced today that it has entered into an agreement with the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) to serve as its exclusive online auction broadcasting contractor.

Founded in 1948, the NAA represents approximately 7,000 auctioneers worldwide with members in every single state in the United States and covering the multi-billion dollar real estate, automotive, fine art, cattle, equipment and manufacturing segments.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will implement its technology immediately to provide the NAA's 7,000 members with a powerful, effective and economical online solution for broadcasting auctions over the Internet under the URL "naalive.com". The newly designed platform is the only web cast technology for live online auctions endorsed by the National Auctioneers Association.

The platform is only available to members of the association and is helping many to bring their auctions online for the first time, at very affordable fees. At $ 125 to sign up and 1.5% commission on all items sold to the Internet, the technology is designed to be operated remotely with auction houses having an option to get on-site support for an additional fee.
