FIFE, Wash.--March 9, 2005--Ableauctions.com Inc. (AMEX:AAC) (the "Company") announced today that it has engaged P.E. Parker and Associates Inc. to develop the Ableauctions franchise model. Parker and Associates are considered to be one of North America's top franchise consultants specializing in business and marketing strategy and franchise development.

Pat Parker, CEO of Parker and Associates, was part of the founding management group that brought McDonald's to Canada. He held senior executive positions in his seventeen years with McDonald's during the rollout of the first 500 McDonald's locations. Pat has significant experience in international franchising and his client list includes some of North America's leading franchise brands.

The Company believes it can capitalize on what it considers to be a growing demand for its liquidation operations and auction broadcasting services, and could enable Ableauctions to expand faster than through organic expansion alone.

"While franchising accounts for nearly 50% of all retail activity, it has a nominal presence in the auction and liquidation segment," Mr. Parker commented. "This makes it a unique opportunity for Ableauctions for solid brand growth through franchising across a very large geography."

P.E. Parker and Associates have signed on to work with the Ableauctions team to establish an organizational structure to provide quality control, training, and support to potential franchisees. The company expects to complete the development phase of the franchise program and begin selling franchises by the end of 2005.
