Intellectual property, namely patents, trademarks, licenses, design applications, service marks, copyrights, trade secrets, domain names, business plans, and work processes strongly influence a company's balance sheet, providing additional valuation to the company. Effective licensing of the IP portfolio will enable Ableauctions to allow strategic partners to leverage its industry leading technology, furthering IP exchange and transfer, and reinforcing the Company's commitment to innovation.
